the presedente controlls the taxes of all the towns that he has power in and sets the taxes for all taxable venues in mexico. he/she also has control of the mexican army and can order them to do his bidding, whatever that may be. the home of el predesente is the mansion in escelera and the surrounding town. the presedente can choose to run mexico as a dictator or use democracy. the presedente cannot be arested for crimes and is exempt from any law. el presedente is also the only character in the roleplay allowed to carry a mauser pistol. he may also choose any mount, other than legendary, that he sees fit. for any further questions please contact the current presedente.
