Banditos handbook Empty
PostSubject: Banditos handbook   Banditos handbook I_icon_minitimeMon Jul 18, 2011 4:30 pm

so you fancy yourself a bandito eh? well the first thing i would likr to point out is that being a bandito dose NOT give you permission to go around killing everything you see. any player who dose this will be warned once and then kicked from the session if he persists. the things you CAN do are, help smuggle guns and drugs aross the boarder, or attack shipments of guns and drugs coming across the boarder, rob banks, rob businesses, rob people, or try your hand at any of the side jobs listed in the jobs section. banditos can choose to be any character except, the mexican army, lawmen, or rebeldes.

reasons to kill

now, while you cant just go around killing everything you see, there are a few reasons you can kill sombody.
-if they point a gun at you
-if they threaten your life
-if they attack any of your businesses
-if they witness a crime youve committed
now al these are reasons you can kill sombody, but it doesnt mean you have to, you can always capture them or knck them out. that is, if you feel like being a john marston style "good criminal"

robberies

once you have committed a robbery, you must hold up on the d-pad and state that ____ has been robbed. if there are living wittnesses, then you are automaticaly wanted by the mexican army for 3 in-game days. if there are no living wittnesses then the army will investigate the robbery for half an in-game day, after that you will be wanted. you will be tracked down by bounty hunters and/or the mexican army and if you are caught then el presedente will declare your sentence (see "laws & penalties" section)

smuggleing

now if you are affiliated with the "ferryman" or he is in your gang, then you always have the option to ride along with him and defend him against any attackers, be they rebeldes, the mexican army, or even other banditos. since smuggling guns is an illegal act, you may be arrested by the mexican army and sentenced by el presedente.

attacking a shipment

if, instead of gaurding a shipment of guns or drugs, you want to attack it and steal the goods, then heres how: first you should figure out the ferrymans route and choose to attack him in mexico or america. then you simply ride up and capture him, remember that he may have security, and steal the wagon. whatever is in the wagon is now yours. if the wagon tips over, or the horses are killed the shipment is lost. since smuggleing is a crime you will not be persued by authorities, unless the shipment is going to the mexican army. remember that if you kill the ferryman then there will be no more gun shipments and no more drug trafficing. aloso you will probably be pursued(and likely killed) by whomever the shipment was going to if they find out.
