although you have the option of going it alone, you can form a gang to be a more effective criminal. to form a gang you first need to find at least 2 other banditos who are willing to follow you and obey your commands. then you must find a good location to hide out and opperate from. this place must be in mexico once you have those things you may start initiating your criminal opperations.
Gang Leaders
as the gang leader, you can choose how to distribute the money, or other items, aquired from all heists and robberies. the leader usually gets the biggest cut. note that you will also have the largest bounty on your head. the more members you have the stronger you will be.you should have good leadership skills and know how to stop arguements and keep your band of criminals from tearing itself apart. the gang leader starts with a double action revolver.
gang leaders are responsible for:
-setting up the gang
-naming the gang
-planning all criminal opperations
-negotiation trades/deals with the ferryman and other factions
-ensuring the safety & stability of the gang
-distributing the "spoils" of your opperations
Gang Members
gang members are loyal to the gang leader and must follow his commands. you will have to learn to work with your fellow criminals and use teamwork to preform efficent robberies. your new home will be the hideout that your leader chooses. if the members of a gaans are treated unfairly, then they may preform a mutany, to do this you must have it agreed apon by every member of the gang. then you must either kill the gang leader or tie him up in the middle of the desert and leave him to die. once this is done you can elect a new leader. banditos in a gand or alone will start off with the volcanic pistol.
